COMPACTA TOP is the only machine in the
world by which is possible to prepare all kinds of butter cream, mousses,
chocolate tempering and other confectionery you can think of, in the lower
cylinder (batch freezer).
In the upper cylinder of the COMPACTA is possible to prepare various products
(syrups, topping, jams, etc.). we can, as a matter of facts, decide the
temperature and the timing of the heating as we desire, just like an automatic
kitchen-machine.
The ice cream vendor/confectionery vendor can use the machine for his
different needs: continuous process (non stop) (making the heating phase
in the upper cylinder and the cooling phase in the lower cylinder) or
sequence production (if the product to be realized needs a maturation
time or the chocolate tempering: in this case, using the 2 cylinders separately,
it is possible, contemporary, to prepare 2 different products).
